Top Tips

 

  • Give up smoking, or at least cut down.
  • Enjoy a drink, but be sensible, don’t overdo it.
  • Build regular physical activity into your life.
  • Enjoy a balanced diet, with plenty of fruit and vegetables. Aim for 5 portions a day.
  • Watch your weight – take regular physical activity.
  • Take time to relax and enjoy yourself. Don’t stay too long in the sun & avoid getting sunburnt.
  • Speak out if things are getting on top of you.
  • If you have any health problems, don’t put it off. Make an appointment for a Well-Man health check.
