Are you looking after or providing support for a relative friend or neighbour? Are you being helped or supported by a relative friend or neighbour?

Your GP needs to know so you can be offered the right information, support and access to services. GP surgeries have to compile information for the government about the numbers of carers attached to the surgery so your information will help them to do this.

Please find a range of leaflets for carers. Printed versions of these leaflets are available from the surgery.

• Carers pack

• Carers breaks
  If your health is affected by caring for someone who would be unable to manage without your help you may be eligible to apply for a carers grant. A carers break flyer is also available.
• Young carers
  For Children and Young People 4-18 years who are helping to care for a family member.
• Carers skills
  If you are providing substantial care without payment you may be eligible for a skills and training grant.
