Full Prospective Record Access

From 30th November 2022, NHS England announced that patients across the United Kingdom will be permitted to request full prospective online access to their medical records from their General Practice (GP).

Patients must put their request in writing. This can be done by sending an email, at: [email protected] or by sending a letter addressed to the surgery, at: Eastgate House, 28-34 Church Street, Dunstable, LU5 4RU.

The Management Team at Eastgate Surgery will review each request for full prospective access, and the patient will be notified of the outcome.
